Production worker

As a Production worker in this company you will become part of a team in a DYNAMIC work environment. In this role, you’ll help ensure that only the highest quality shrimp make it to the customer. From unpacking and packing to operating machinery, your tasks will be varied and important for smooth processing. Whether the shrimp are headed to cold storage or straight to the conveyor belt for delivery, YOUR WORK WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

No prior experience in production work? No worries! You’ll be paired with an experienced colleague who will guide you through each step. Additionally, a supervisor will always be available to support you as you learn the ropes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND SCHEDULE

This work is organized in shifts, offering a flexible and varied routine. Shifts alternate weekly, with one week running from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and the next from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Your availability will always be considered when planning your schedule. Weekend shifts are an option and are greatly appreciated. Plus, shift work comes with added benefits, including extra pay for evenings and weekends, and plenty of free time outside of work to balance your personal life.
